The Department of Health and Human Services has extended the comment period of the Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) from March 22, 2021, to May 6, 2021. Click here to view a summary of HHS’s proposed modifications and how it will undermine the Release of Information process.

Healthcare providers big, and particularly small will see a cost shift if the NPRM passes as is. We suggest that everyone submit their feedback to HHS. Follow the directions below to submit a comment on the proposed rule. Please make sure your comments are received by the HHS by May 6, 2021.
