For facilities that are using an EMR, we offer the capability to print to an image file, called DMRS ePrint. We save you paper. No longer do you have to print records only to scan them back into your system.

Further, our system can be set up to print to a network location, or automatically, yet securely, be transmitted to our office for processing. This can dramatically cut down on the turnaround time of requests while ensuring that every record released is HIPAA compliant.

How It Works

Simple Setup:

• DMRS ePrint is installed on a local computer or server
• Software is configured by our IT department or yours
• Software is ready!

Once Installed:

• Facility receives request
• Facility, field rep or Virtual REP goes into system and digitally “prints” the records
• Records are automatically transmitted to Diversified for processing
• Request is faxed or e-mailed securely (through our hosted, encrypted email service) to Diversified.
• Diversified matches up the request and records, processes the request and sends it out.
